Refund Request Form – Sometimes life prevents us from making it to events for which we have pre-registered. In such an event, contact the autocrat within 1 week of the event and send one of these Refund Request Forms.

Chronicler and Webminister Documents

Photographer Release form – This is a release form for photographers wishing to have their photograph(s) displayed on the website or in The Dredgings.

Model Release form – This form is a release of individuals facially recognizable in photographs in order for these photographs to be viewable on the website or in The Dredgings.
